The Alusthetic TSL-Pro-Line (40 mm Profile) range of triple-sealed aluminium manhole covers is designed for projects where a shallow tray depth is required without compromising on strength, performance, or appearance. Manufactured from high-grade extruded aluminium and tested to BS:EN124 standards, these covers are lightweight, durable, and built for both interior and exterior applications.

Each cover includes a reinforced mesh tray to support the infill material, keeping it rigid over time. With a 40 mm overall tray depth and 21 mm in-tray depth, this version is particularly suited to indoor floor finishes, tiles, resin, or areas where a slim profile is essential.

The triple-seal system combines two base seals with a T-rubber side seal, creating an effective barrier against odours, water ingress, and dirt build-up. For added security, all four lifting points are fitted with locking bolts, ensuring a tight, reliable seal.
