Featuring a flexible EPDM sealing cone, the flat seal offers excellent elasticity and long-term resistance to weathering, UV exposure and temperature fluctuations. The smooth PVC-compatible flange allows thermal welding directly to PVC membranes, creating a strong and durable bond.
The conical design includes pre-formed cutting grooves, allowing the seal to be trimmed precisely to suit a wide range of pipe diameters. Available in two size ranges, this flat seal is suitable for both small and large pipe penetrations across residential and commercial flat roofing applications.
