The Story

The Corotherm Triplewall Clear Polycarbonate Sheet is a lightweight, durable, and versatile solution for a wide range of roofing projects. Ideal for conservatories, carports, greenhouses, outhouses, and more, these sheets combine strength with excellent insulation, helping to create warm, bright, and energy-efficient spaces.
Supplied in a cut-to-size option, they offer flexibility for any project, ensuring accurate coverage and a professional finish. Despite being lightweight, these sheets are tough enough to withstand snow and wind loads of 0.6kN/m², while their clear finish allows maximum natural light transmission.
Installation is simple with the right glazing system. The sheets are designed to be held securely with 20mm edge engagement in a proprietary glazing bar system, supported at the top with glazing bars or wall flashings, and fixed at the bottom edge with a single fixing button. With flutes running lengthways, they must be installed to align with the roof pitch or slope for proper performance.
To ensure safety and long-term reliability, glazing bars should be spaced at a maximum of 1050mm apart. Exceeding this span may risk dislodging in extreme conditions such as heavy snow or strong winds.
